2 Purpose of the Manual
The GNOC Office Policies and Procedures Manual is supplied to provide you with details of your
working conditions and benefits, your obligations as an employee of GNOC and relevant GNOC
policies.
The information contained within should give you the basic guidance and foundation to understand
GNOC’s aims and goals.
We hope this will empower you with the opportunity to reach your full potential, maximizing the
benefit to both you and our organization.
This GNOC Office Policies and Procedures Manual should answer your questions regarding policies
and procedures within the organization.
It is essential that you understand and comply with all the provisions of this manual.
GNOC reserves the right to modify, revise or supplement policies and portions of this Manual as
appropriate. Employees will of course be notified in writing of any such changes to the Manual as they
occur.
New employees of the GNOC Office are required to read and certify their understanding of the
complete text of this Manual within one week of their commencement of work.
Current employees are required to certify annually on 31 January that they are cognizant of, and

understand, the contents of this Manual.
