How is a QiGong Exercise and Mood app experienced and used by older adults living in the
community? This project refined the existing app and created a new mobile friendly website to reflect
user feedback collected from a previous pilot project. The revisions ensured that the Qigong app and
website is more readily accessible to users who expressed a desire to use the self-management tools to
gauge their ongoing physical and mental health needs as they age. The pilot was launched in early
March 2017 with more than 60 participants and $10,000 funding from the Network for Aging Research
            Network, University of Waterloo.
