Chocolate

                                    Pecan brittle




                                         Ingredients



               1 cup Sugar
               ½ cup Corn Syrup
                  th
               1/8  tsp Salt
               1 cup Pecan halves
               1 tbsp butter
                1 tsp Vanilla
               ½ cup semi sweet chocolate


                                         Lagniappe




               Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in a glass bowl or casserole dish.
               Microwave on high for 4 minutes

               Stir in Pecans, microwave for another 4 minutes

               Add butter vanilla and chocolate and stir till chocolate is melted

               Pour the mixture onto a greased baking sheet spreading as thin as possible.

               Cool and break into pieces.
