Jalapeno

                                  Popper Burger




                                         Ingredients


               1.5 lbs ground Angus beef
               4 oz cream cheese
               ½ cup shredded cheddar
               ½ cup shredded mozzarella
               2 jalapenos, minced
               Kosher salt
               Black pepper
               6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
               ½ tsp chili powder

                 Make the filling in a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, and
                Jalapenos. Season with salt and pepper, and fold in the cooked bacon. Set aside.


                Form the ground beef into 8 thin patties about ¼ inches thick.  Spoon about 1/8 cup of the
                filling mixture onto a patty, and then place a second patty on top. Pinch the edges to seal the
                burger and re-shape the patty if necessary.


                Pre Heat the grill to a medium high heat, Season the burgers on both sides with chili powder,
                salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook to your liking
