                             Green chili burger




                                         Ingredients



               3 roasted Green Hatch, or Anaheim chilies
               1 Jalapeno
               1 roasted green Poblano chili
               1 Tomatillo
               1 medium onion sliced in half
               2 tbsp olive oil
               2 garlic cloves
               2 tbsp cilantro
               2 large pinches black pepper
               1 tsp salt
               1 tbsp lime juice.
                                         Lagniappe

               Place the Poblano on the grill and cook till they are brown, skin them or use
               pre skinned peppers.

               While the Poblano are cooking, cut the onions and Tomatillos in half and
               place on the grill, rolling them around till they are soft but not burned.

               Coarsely chop the onions, tomatillos and peppers and set aside

               Crush the garlic and add to the oil in a large skillet cook for a couple of
               minutes then add the peppers onions and tomatillos.  Add ¼ cup of the water
               and simmer till the salsa begins to thicken up.

               Let cool a little and put in a blender or food processor add the lime juice and
               cilantro and pulse till it is pulp (not smooth)

                Place a couple of spoons of sauce on the a hamburger Pattie, cover the sauce
               with cheese till it is melted and grill to your liking
