                                        (Mexican Chicken)


                                         Ingredients

                 6 oz pineapple                                ¼ cup oil
                   1 lime squeezed                             ¼ cup butter
                  1 tbsp white vinegar                         ¼ cup minced onions
                  2 cloves minced garlic                       2 tbsp minced garlic
                  ½ tsp salt                                   1 tsp chili powder
                  ½ tsp oregano                                ¼ tsp cumin
                  ½ tsp chili pepper                           1 tsp oregano
                  ¼ tsp black pepper                           4 tbsp lime juice
                  1 tbsp vegetable oil                         4 tbsp orange juice




                                         Lagniappe



               Marinate chicken for several hours.

               Grill over medium heat for 25 min (baste frequently).

               Make your tacos using flour tortillas, a green type salsa, cabbage, tomatoes,
               avocado strips, radishes and green onions with tops served on the side.
