A Message from your General
Manager, Diane Blakeman, LCAM
Please join me in giving a warm
welcome to Diana Burns, who was
appointed to the Board on October
7th to fill the District #6 Board of
Directors seat. Diana has generously
contributed her time over the years
to both the Landscape Committee
and the Tiki Committee. In our first
meeting, it was refreshing to see
that she was already well-informed

meetings and community events. I
look forward to working alongside

The holidays are fast approaching
and many of you will be traveling

projects that our General Manager

the weather does not impede the
construction for any length of time.
Sidewalks are ongoing and the
community will be e-blasted with
updates. Progress on this project

We have a unique opportunity to
turn a new page and focus on

disagreements and work together
to make our neighborhood an even
better place to live.
By focusing on communication,
mutual respect and a shared

and celebrate our successes and
build a stronger, more harmonious
community for all of us.
Let everyone work together to help
