A New Jersey Development Company sought
out our company to help transform a historic
former Telecom Labs Building, designed in 1958
and undergoing major renovations, into a unique
Community Destination by providing 32 Ficus
Lyrata Trees ranging from 18-22’ High. Our team
brainstormed as there was no formal loading
dock for this type of installation. We were also
faced with the additional challenge of utilizing
the client’s containers which were not set up for
an irrigation system capable of sustaining these
water-loving trees over time. We installed 32
Trees which serve as a magnificent focal point in
providing a park-like stroll through the atrium.

This formerly forgotten lab is now a nucleus of
business, retail, dining, entertaining, dance/art
centers & recently had a movie filmed there!
The client was thrilled as this hub is now a safe
gathering place to work and enjoy life while
being surrounded by natural beauty.
