12.1.1. Précautions d'emploi
- Extravasation : risque de nécrose sévère.
-- Bilan cardiaque, hématologique et hépatique avant et après chaque traitement.
- Adaptation posologique en cas d'insuffisance hépatique.

13. INTERACTIONS MÉDICAMENTEUSES
Associations à prendre en compte :
- ciclosporine : immunodépression excessive avec risque de pseudolyrnphornes ;
- vaccins vivants atténués (cf. généralités, chapitre 2).
