TURNAROUND
Today marked a Huge Turnaround in what has been an
extremely slow and worrisome recovery from surgery 7 days
ago. Today, Alyssa's blood gas levels were the best ever! She
was holding her own body temperature right where it should be.
And her saturation levels were staying very high.
Alyssa was removed from the High Frequency Oscillating
Ventilator this morning, and Heidi was able to hold her for the
first time since the surgery.
