The administration, through the Office of Student Services and in cooperation with the Student Body
Organizations of the Colleges, canarticulatethe VMGOsbyconductingstudent orientation activities at the
startof every school year.

The faculty can articulate the VMGOs through the distribution of course outlines to students. The course
outlines contain the vision and mission of the University, goals and objectives of the college, as well as
other guidelines andprotocols for thestudents.

3. OUTCOMES

➢ Result of the research study on awareness and acceptabilityof the VMGOby the different
stakeholders

The university gives importance to the role of the stakeholders as part of the community. The same
importanceisgiventotheiropinionsandideasregardingdifferentissues,activitiesandimportanteventsintheuniversity.
Inlinewiththis,theyhavebeentappedtoparticipateintheformulationoftheVMGO.Aninterviewwasconductedand
randommembersof thestakeholdersandtoknowtheiropinionregardingthecurrentVMGOoftheuniversity.The
recorded data was used as a guide for the university official toknow if the VMGO is well disseminated and if the
messagedepictedbytheVMGOisacceptableandeffectiveforthestakeholders
