Together, we prepare people for work.

Examples include professional development opportunities, health, life insurance, paid time off (PTO),
               and a 401(k)-retirement plan.

CODE OF ETHICS AND CORE VALUES

Goodwill-Easter Seals has adopted a Code of Ethics. These standards, combined with the employee’s
common sense and sound judgment, will help all of us choose the best course of action and way to
               work.
GESMN has also identified six core values, which are Respect, Communication, Contribution,
Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Recognition. These values are vital to the success of our
               organization.
We exist to provide service to others and to fulfill our mission, vision, and values. Our mission statement
reflects our commitment to serving others while demonstrating respect for human dignity, privacy, and
the right to self-determination. We pursue excellence in all that we do. We also believe in the
importance of charitable giving and its impact on eliminating barriers to work and independence. We
hold our employees to the highest standards of integrity, guided by our mission and core values.

               REPORTING CODE OF ETHICS VIOLATIONS

Goodwill-Easter Seals expects all employees to demonstrate the highest ethical standards in the work
they do. The organization is committed to ensuring that an environment exists for employees to report
suspected violations of the Code of Ethics or any other types of unethical, illegal, or fraudulent activity
               without fear of retaliation.
Employees who have concerns related to any of the following should report their concern to their
supervisor, Human Resources, or the Employee Concerns Line at 866-832-4557:

                   • Unethical behavior
                   • Violations of Goodwill-Easter Seals’ policies
                   • Accounting, financial, or auditing discrepancies
                   • Violation of federal, state, or local laws

If an employee is uncomfortable reporting a concern to their supervisor, they have the option to report
their concern directly to Human Resources, the Employee Concerns Line, the Chief Human Resources
and Risk Officer, or the Goodwill-Easter Seals Audit Board of Directors Audit Committee:
