Together, we prepare people for work.
• We will take affirmative action to ensure that all employment practices are free of such
discrimination. Such employment practices include, but are not limited to the following:

• Goodwill-Easter Seals will commit the necessary time and resources, both financial and
human, to achieve Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action goals.
• We will use its best efforts to afford minority and female business enterprises with the
maximum practicable opportunity to participate in subcontracts' performance for
construction projects that we engage in.
• We will make a good faith effort to reasonably accommodate the physical and mental
limitations of disabled veterans and individuals with disabilities unless such accommodation
would impose an undue hardship on the business.
• Goodwill-Easter Seals fully supports the incorporation of nondiscrimination and affirmative
action rules and regulations into contracts.
• Goodwill-Easter Seals will evaluate the performance of its management and leadership
based on their involvement in achieving these Affirmative Action objectives as well as other
established criteria. Any employee of this organization or subcontractor to this organization
who does not comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity Policies and Procedures set
forth in this Statement and Plans will be subject to disciplinary action or appropriate legal
sanctions.
• Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota has appointed the Chief Human Resources and Risk Officer
as the EEO Coordinator with the responsibility to manage the Equal Employment
Opportunity Program. Responsibilities include monitoring all Equal Employment
Opportunity activity and reporting the effectiveness of this Affirmative Action Program as
required by Federal, State, and local agencies. The Chief Executive Officer of Goodwill-Easter
Seals Minnesota will receive and review reports on the program's progress. If any employee
or applicant for employment believes they have been discriminated against, they can

Paul, MN 55104, (651) 379-5800.
A copy of the Goodwill-Easter Seals Affirmative Action Program may be inspected during regular
business hours by contacting the EEO Coordinator. No adverse action will be taken against any applicant
or employee for making a request to see Goodwill-Easter Seals’ Affirmative Action Program, self-
identifying their veteran or disability status, making a suggestion concerning this policy, or for reporting
a problem or complaint.
