Together, we prepare people for work.
9. Violence of any kind, using intimidating or threatening words or behavior, engaging in
disorderly conduct, or behaving in a way that detracts from the work area's efficient
operation.
10. Reporting to work out of compliance with the dress code or uniform policy or without
following generally practiced hygiene standards.
11. Making or publishing false statements about employees, participants, or Goodwill-Easter
Seals.
12. Dishonesty, including embezzlement; theft; misappropriation of GESMN funds, or improper
acceptance of money, gifts, or other items of value.
13. Providing inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information to obtain employment.
14. Reporting to work or working under the influence of alcohol, non-prescribed, or illegal
drugs.
15. Engaging in the unlawful or unauthorized manufacture, distribution, dispensation,
solicitation, sale, purchase, transfer, or possession of drugs or alcohol while on paid time, on
GESMN premises, in GESMN vehicles, or while otherwise engaged in activities for or on
behalf of GESMN.
16. Possession or use of weapons on GESMN premises or in GESMN vehicles.
17. Providing inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information in records that are the property
of GESMN, either manually, verbally, or through manipulation or misuse of computer or
electronic data processing systems.
Violations of these and other rules or guidelines may result in disciplinary action, up to and including
termination of employment.
