Judy Ely is a mentor to many Girl Scout Leaders in Lakewood and
we are grateful for all the training she has provided and for her

Judy is the best kind of veteran Girl Scout. Over the years, she
has seen good ideas and has access to great resources. When we
started the ActiviTeas for girls at Lake Erie Council 20 years ago, I
interviewed her for details of Lakewood’s Teddy Bear teas. She
helped me make a number of better decisions that affected the
