PM Contracting Responsibilities
PMs will be responsible for knowing how to:
• Review and redline incoming contracts, subcontracts, and their respective modifications from a
project perspective.
• Return the proposed contract or subcontract for finalization.
• Send all fully executed contracts, subcontracts, and consulting agreements to
Contracts@vysnova.com for filing in the Contracts Repository.
• Provide project input to the Contract Data Sheet.
• Request contract changes with the Contracting Officer (CO, aka KO in DOD arenas since CO is used
to signify Commanding Officer) or Subcontract Manager (SCM).
• Escalate contractual questions to Vysnova Contracts Department.
• Administer press releases of awarded contract(s).
• Monitor and evaluate performance on a project in accordance with contract/subcontract terms
and Vysnova policy.
• Understand specialized contract clauses within the scope of the project.
• Search and retrieve contracts and supportive documentation from the Contracts Repository.
• Execute contract closeout plan defined the contract/subcontract and advised by the Vysnova
Contracts Administrator (CA).

Standard Processes and Procedures for Contracting Activities
The Contract Request Form (CRF) is a Vysnova Contracts tool used to manage and process all Vysnova
contractual requests. Contractual requests include but are not limited to the following: changes to
prime contracts, subcontracts, agreements; administration of subcontracts, vendor agreements,
