Dear Mr. Bloomberg:

My name is Kamron Robinson, a fourth-year student at Morehouse School of Medicine from St.
Louis, Missouri. On behalf of the entire MD student body, I would like to thank Mr. Michael
Bloomberg and everyone at Bloomberg Philanthropies for this life-changing gift. It will allow many
of us to practice in primary care specialties without having a huge debt burden.

This year I have lost loved ones due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but your gift has created an
amazing and great memory for 2020.

Currently, I am applying for residency and hope to match in Internal Medicine or a combined
Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency. One goal I have is to specialize in Hematology and
Oncology to treat kids with sickle cell and other disorders and care for them as they grow into
adulthood.

Thank you again for this wonderful gift. Generations of physicians at Morehouse School of
Medicine and other HBCUs are inspired by your generous giving and will pay it forward in
communities that need our service the most.
