ADVANCED ROLE OF COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING
Advocate Clients may need someone to explain which services to
expect and which services they ought to receive, to make referrals
as needed, and to write letters to agencies or health care providers
for them. They need someone to guide them through the
complexities of the system, to assure the satisfaction of their needs.
She also helps to direct attention to inadequate or improper care
and or service provided to the client.
8. Evaluator role:
Evaluation is a continuous process and part of the daily activities
of the CH nurse. The CH Nurse evaluates the effectiveness of care
provided to individuals, families or groups. She also evaluates the
effectiveness of the services in health programs in special settings,
she uses available help to study and evaluate her own job
performance and plan for continuing professional growth. She also
contributes to the evaluation of workers for whom she shares
supervising responsibility.

11) Development of the Health sector reform program
Amid these challenges, all nurses can improve health outcomes
and expand the infrastructure for monitoring and managing
