                             CONSTITUTION
                                PREAMBLE
             Representatives  of  National  Scouts  &  Guides  Associations
      assembled  in  Lucerne,  Switzerland  In  October  1953  and  established  the
      International Fellowship of Former Scouts & Guides, together with a council
      and a secretariat.
             The International Fellowship was established with the approval of
      the  World  Conference  of  WOSM  and  the  world  Conference  of  the  World
      Association of Girl Guides & Girl Scouts.
      The Indian Scouts & Guides Fellowship was formed in 1959 when its first All
      India  convention  was  held  in  New  Delhi;  it  was  affiliated  with  the
      International Scouts & Guides Fellowship at Belgium.



                     MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION
      Article-I
             Name:  The  Name  of  the  Association  shall  be  the  Indian  Scout  &
      Guide  Fellowship  Registered  under  Societies  Registration  Act  XXI  of  1860)
      described as “The Fellowship" hereafter. It is affiliated to the International
      Scouts & Guides Fellowship.

      Article-II
             The  Registered  Office  and  the  National  Headquarters  of  the
      Fellowship  is  situated  at  16,  MG.  Marg,  Indraprastha  Estate,  New  Delhi  -
      110002 but may be shifted to such other places as the General Assembly may
      decide by special resolution to be passed at a special meeting by two-third
      majority of the members present and voting.
