iii. On being expelled from the Fellowship by the concerned council of
the area where such person was enrolled as a member.
iv. Provided that a show cause notice has been given mentioning the
ground for expulsion. A final appeal lies with the National Council
whose decision shall be binding and conclusive. Unless such person
is part of the National Council, any complaint must be addressed to
the Governing Body for their investigation and decision thereon.
v. In special cases for expulsion three members committee will be
constituted by National Council and decision by the said committee
shall stand final.
4. CONSTITUENTS
i. General Assembly of Indian SGF
ii. State SGF’s
iii. District SGF’s
iv. Block / Talukas / Panchayat Guilds SGF’s
v. NRI Guilds SGF’s
COMPOSITION
5. GENERAL ASSEMBLY:
i. Each District including Guilds within the said District SGF shall
elect one representative to the State SGF. The State SGF shall
elect as many representatives for the General Assembly as
number of districts, a State has. (Maximum upto 7 or 5)
ii. The General Assembly shall meet at least once in a year, as far as
possible. A special meeting of the General Assembly can be held if
exigencies so demand.
iii. The Special General Assembly (convened for the purpose once in 3
years) shall elect, National President & National Council from among
the members of the General Assembly.
iv. The meeting of the General Assembly will be presided over by the
National President and in his/her absence by the one of the
Presidents.
v. The General Assembly shall be the Supreme and apex body of the
Indian SGF.
6. NATIONAL COUNCIL
i. It shall perform all the functions to implement & execute the
decisions of the General Assembly
ii. It shall coordinate the activities and programs of the State SGFs.
