iii. It shall have the power to form teams If deemed necessary to
expand the scope and working of the Fellowship.
iv. It shall meet at least twice in a year as far as possible. A special
meeting of the National Council may be convened if the same is
considered expedient.
v. It may take or Initiate project or programs to realize the aims &
objectives of the Fellowship.
vi. It shall study & recommend the budget to the General Assembly &
manage accounts / Finances of Indian SGF.
vii. To keep a watch & monitor State SGF’s / NRI Guild’s / Life, Donor,
Patron Members from time to time. To intervene in management of
State SGF’s if necessity arises (in accordance with constitution /
Rules of Indian SGF NHQ) & also to assist / support/ Guide State
SGF’s to manage District / Guilds where ever it is required.
viii. To appoint / nominate Advisors for the purpose in the interest of
Indian SGF growth & better management for specified time.
ix. To appoint well known & qualified persons as Ambassadors for
Indian SGF for image building or specific purpose / task for specified
time.
x. To train & review performances of Governing Body & National
Council Teams.
xi. To choose / select individuals / teams for awards & recognitions.
xii. To organise courses, lectures, seminars and workshops to promote
and realize the Aims & Objectives of the Fellowship.
xiii. To appoint auditor(s) for auditing the accounts of the Fellowship
from time to time.
6/A. GOVERNING BODY
Governing Body is group of office bearers elected/nominated in the
National Council, meets regularly according to needs and takes initiatives
for execution of the decisions taken by the National Council. Also, to
keep tab on the ongoing activities and projects if any.
