f. to undertake, organize and facilitate study courses,
conferences, lectures, seminars and the like to promote the
aforesaid objects.
g. to undertake and provide for publications of journals, papers
and books.
h. to establish and maintain libraries in the furtherance of the
aforesaid objects.
i. to subscribe to, or become a member of or to co-operate with
or to amalgamate with any other association or society who
are engaged to similar objects.
j. to do all such things as are conditional or Incidental to
attainment of the above objects, inter-alia.
i. to invest and deal with the funds and finance of the
Fellowship.
ii. to issue appeals and applications for finance and funds in
furtherance of the said objects and to raise or collect funds
by gifts, donations, subscriptions or otherwise, of cash and
securities and any other property either movable or
immovable and to grant such rights & privileges to the
donors, subscribers and other benefactors as the
Fellowship may consider proper.
iii. to acquire. purchase or to otherwise own or take on lease
or hire in the Delhi state or elsewhere temporarily or
permanently, any movable or immovable property
necessary or convenient for the furtherance of the objects
of the Fellowship.
iv. to draw, make, accept, enforce, discount, execute. sign,
issue & otherwise deal with cheques, hundis, drafts,
certificates, receipts of government securities, promissory
notes bill of exchange or other instruments and securities
whether negotiable or transferable or not.
k. To appoint, or employ temporarily or permanently any person
or persons that may be required for the purposes of the
Fellowship, or to dismiss.
l. To establish if necessary & expedient. a provident fund for the
benefit of the employees of the Fellowship.
m. to make and enforce Rules and bye-laws and from time to time
to repeal, amend and alter the same.
