Article- IV
Composition:
The Indian SGF of shall be composed of:
a. Chief Patron, Patrons, Donors
b. Individual members, Adult Scouts & Guides in India and other individuals
who are resident in India or abroad and who subscribe to the aims &
objects of the Indian SGF in accordance with its rules & regulations.
c. State SGF’s/ District SGF’s / Guilds SGF’s: of the Indian SGF may be
accepted in accordance with its rules & regulations.
d. NRI Guild SGF’s & direct NRI Guild Individual members.

Article - V
General Assembly
There shall be a General Assembly of the Fellowship which shall be
its supreme authority. The General Assembly shall be composed of such
members and shall meet as provided in the rules & regulations.

Article - VI
Council:
The Management & the affairs of the Fellowship shall rest in the
council (National Council) constituted under rules & regulations & Bye-laws
of the Fellowship.
