Article-III
i. Aims:
a. The Alms of the Indian Fellowship are as follows:
i. To keep alive the spirit of the Scout / Guide Promise & Law In
their lives.
ii. to bring that spirit into the communities in which they live and
work and;
iii. whilst remembering their other responsibilities, to support
Scouting & Guiding In their communities of respective area in
which they live and work.
ii. Principles:
The Principles of the Indian Fellowship imply that as an adult, anyone
belonging to any one of the member organizations of the Indian
Fellowship will endeavor to:
a. Respect human life & rights.
b. Work for justice and peace in order to create a happier nation
and the world at large.
c. Contribute to the maintenance of unity and integrity of the
country specialty through friendship, tolerance and respect for
others. This requires a commitment by everyone In his or her
personal development, towards a better understanding of the
Scout and Guide spirit for the advancement of the above
Principles.
iii. Objects:
The Objects of the Indian Fellowship are: -
a. to remember the Scout/Guide Promise and Law.
b. to support the movement of Scout and Guide.
c. to encourage formation of state branches and district units of
the Indian Fellowship in various states and union territories in
India.
d. to establish liaison and co-operation between state branches /
district units of the Indian Fellowship.
e. to promote friendship amongst Scouts & Guides throughout
the country and the world.
