b. To preside over the meetings of the General Assembly / National
Council In the absence of the National President / President -
Executive.
c. To perform the functions of National President during his/her
absence a work according to Job allotted.
v. Secretary General
a. To sue and be sued in the name of the Fellowship.
b. To maintain all the records and correspondence.
c. To issue notice and agenda of the meetings with consultation with
President – Executive.
d. Shall be an ex-officio member of all the teams constituted for any
specified purpose.
e. National Hqrs. office of the Fellowship will function under his/her
guidance & manage same.
f. All circulars, letters etc. will be Issued under his/her signature and
Instructions.
g. To maintain liaison with State, District and Block/ Panchayat Guild
SGFs.
h. Shall be responsible for the implementation of the decisions of
the General Assembly in consultation with President – Executive
& Governing Body
i. To prepare minutes of the meetings of the General Assembly and.
National Council.
j. To assign the powers to the Secretaries in accordance to Teams
he / she belongs to with approved job profile.
vi. Secretaries (Four)
a. Responsible to manage and monitor the concerned area of
working allotted to him / her by assisting the concerned
President.
b. To do all such functions as may be assigned to him/her by the
National Council through Secretary General.
c. To assist the Secretary General & President of team he / she
belong to in the discharge of his / her functions.
d. To act as officiating as Secretary General - in the absence & in
accordance to Governing Body advise.
