15. QUORUM
i. The quorum of all meetings shall be one third of its members.
ii. If the quorum Is not complete the meeting shall be adjourned and
shall be held after half an hour at the same place, whatever the
quorum requisite quorum is complete or not. To transact the
businesses already circulated.
16. INTERPRETATION OF RULES
If there is any dispute with regard to the interpretation or any rule,
the matter will be referred to the National Council whose decision or
interpretation shall be final.
17. AMENDMENTS
i. Any amendment can be made in the constitution of the Fellowship
at a meeting of the General Assembly called for this purpose.
ii. Amendments in the constitution can be made only by the 2/3
majority.
iii. The amendments will be discussed at the meeting of the National
Council before they are placed before the General Assembly for its
approval.
iv. Any member of the General Assembly may send his proposed
amendment in writing to the Secretary General for its inclusion in
the agenda of the National council. The proposal must reach the
Secretary General before the agenda of the meeting Is circulated.
v. Under special and exceptional circumstances, amendments can be
discussed by calling a special meeting of the General Assembly
18. ADOPTION OF CONSTITUTION
i. The constitution of the State SGF’s shall come into force only after
its approval by the National Council.
ii. This constitution and Rules and Regulations are discussed and finally
th
approved by the General Assembly on this 20 September, 2020
held virtually and come into force with immediate effect.

1. Nomenclature
All State / District / Guild SGF’s use their unit names as per the
charters issued by Indian SGF NHQ New Delhi
