6.   Charters – the authority to issue Charters at all levels will remain
              with Indian SGF NHQ / National Council.
         7.   AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - Selection of Awardees will be done
              on  the  basis  of  work  done  by  the  Individual  in  the  field  of
              Scouting/Guiding.   Such selection will be shortlisted by a 3(three)
              Member Committee of the National Council.
         8.   MEETINGS  /  GA’S  /  SPL  GA’S  /  COUNCILS  -  since  the  pandemic
              occurred world wide, virtual meetings are the norm. Changes to be
              affected and amended accordingly at all levels
         9.   Certification  –  Membership  Certificate  to  be  issued  only  to
              Life/Donor  Members  by  State/District  SGFs.  Ordinary  Members
              should not be issued Certificates.
         10.  Bye Laws – In the interest of better & effective management Each
              State SGF can have its own Bye Law's - same should be approved
              by  National  Council  once  the  State  General  Assembly  resolve  &
              approve  it.    Within  6  months  of  its  approval  by  State  General
              Assembly. Same can be followed for District / Guild by State SGF’s.
         11.  NRI Guild SGF - Non-Resident Indians, working/living abroad will be
              allowed  to  form  Guilds  of  individuals  or  subscribe  directly  with
              Indian SGF - subscribing to the aims and objectives of the Indian
              SGF  with  terms  and  conditions  applicable  from  time  to  time  by
              paying fixed one time subscription.
         12.  Top  Achievers  Guild  SGF  -  Association  of  Top  Achievers  (ATAS)
              India:  Any member registered in ATAS India – is welcome to join
              Indian  SGF.    ATAS  India  Guild  will  work  with  the  Ind.  SGF  at  all
              levels  to  serve  the  Scout/Guide  Movement  in  the  Country  and
              eligible persons may take membership under the Guild.
         13.  Committees  &  Sub  Committees  will  no  longer  exists,  the  same
              shall function in a Team with Team Leaders.
         14.  Like  any  Rule  -  Cyber  Law  is  adopted  by  Indian  SGF  to  help  our
              members and organisation safe on the internet / social media from
              malicious people. If some one from our own member or outsider
              breaks the rule, by damaging or disturbing the working system /
              image of Indian SGF.  National Council of Indian SGF is authorised
              to take action against such organisations/groups/ individuals with
              due consultation of Legal Teams.
