b. Guilds SGF (with respect to local area/municipal ward/Taluka/
Panchayat).
c. Other members
7. State General Assembly:
The State SGF General Assembly shall be composed of:
A.
1) President
2) Vice Presidents
3) State Secretary
4) State Treasurer
5) State Coordinator
6) State Joint Secretaries
7) Public Relation Officer
8) Four (not being already members) nominated by the President
from anywhere in the State.
9) One for every 5 life members but maximum 5 members to be
elected by the Life members of the State SGF from amongst
themselves, one of whom should be a woman.
10) One for every 10 ordinary members but maximum 3 to be
elected by the ordinary members of the State SGF from
amongst themselves.
11) One representative of each Institutional Member to be
nominated by an Institutional member subject to a limit of 2.
12) Honorary members not more than three to be elected from
amongst themselves with no voting rights.
13) Not more than two possessing specialized knowledge in
administration, finance or law, who may be invited to attend
the General Assembly with no voting rights.
14) The State Chief Commissioner, State Commissioner(Scout),
State Commissioner(Guide), one of the State Secretaries, one of
the State Training commissioner of the State Bharat Scouts &
