Notice of the meetings shall be circulated by Email/courier or by proper
letter head format with Fellowship symbol with the details of agenda.
Detailed programme if any, can be circulated in 10 days prior to the
meeting in the case of General Assembly & State SGF Council. Once the
circular is issued and or posted, then it shall deemed to have been
served on the members.
All notices for the meetings, circulars, letters and correspondences will
be issued under the signature of the State Secretary or under his
instructions as the case may be.
If any member of the state SGF Council or the State Governing Body fails
to attend three consecutive meetings without assigning valid reasons is
liable to be debarred from the State Council / Governing Body.
9. Elections
A. i) The State SGF Council shall decide and notify the schedule of
election and shall also appoint a Returning Officer to conduct the
elections. But no such person shall be appointed as Returning Officer
who himself is a candidate for being elected to for any of the positions.
ii) The Election notification should be sent to members at least 30 days
in advance of the election date.
iii) Candidates seeking election should file the nomination papers within
15 days of the notification. The nomination paper should be proposed
and seconded by eligible voters. Nomination form would be as
prescribed by the lnd SGF.
iv) The members should be notified of the names of the candidates and
their short bio-data at least one week before of the date of elections.
V) Age limit - All key post at every level should not be occupied by a
person of above 70years age. While nominating for any post or election
he/she should be within 67years of age.
B. Manner of conducting elections
i. The election shall be either by show of hand or by secret ballot. The
mode of voting shall be decided by the State SGF General Assembly,
depending upon the necessity and wishes of the members, before
commencement of the election.
