d) To give financial assistance over and above a specified limit granted to
the State Council.
e) To determine the kind of fees payable by all categories of members
f) To appoint auditor(s) for auditing the accounts of the State SGF.
g) To borrow with or without security.
h) To do all such acts, things and deeds as may be incidental or necessary
for smooth functioning of the Fellowship as Is not empowered to the
State Council
Only to take over administrative matters to act on behalf of the
Council where a decision is required to be taken within a short period
during which the meeting of the council could not be convened and
get the decision taken ratified by the Council within the shortest
possible time.
11. Power of the State SGF council
a) State SGF Council shall have the power to fill up vacancies in the
Council.
b) All decisions at the State council shall be taken as far as possible by
consensus, otherwise by simple majority.
c) To publish News letter, magazines, books, pamphlets etc. or sponsor
publication of books or printing material to expand the activities of
the Fellowship and upload updates on website.
d) To open account of the Fellowship In any Nationalized/Scheduled
bank and appoint authorized signatories to operate the Bank
Accounts.
e) It shall have the power to form Sub Committees if deemed
necessary to expand the scope and working of the Fellowship.
f) It may take or initiate project or programmes to realize the aims &
objectives of the Fellowship not exceeding financial outlay of Rs. 5
lakhs.
g) It shall approve the annual budget both for capital and revenue.
h) To carve out revenue district in the State and as far as possible such
revenue districts would correspond to either the revenue districts of
B&SG or State in Union of India.
