Guides as may be nominated by State BS&G shall be ex-officio
members or State SGF General Assembly with no voting rights.
B. Where District SGF exists:
(To be nominated by each of the District SGF in the State)
i) President
ii) One Vice President (As nominated by the District President)
iii) District Secretary
iv) District organizer
v) One for every 10 members of a District(other than i, ii & iii
from above) but not exceeding 10 members nominated by
District SGF Governing Body.
All the above shall be "Delegates" and shall have voting rights.
C. Where Guild SGF exists
One member from a Guild SGF nominated by the Guild SGF
Governing Body shaft be a delegate with voting rights.
All other members of the State SGF, District SGF and Guild SGF
apart from above mentioned members of State SGF can attend the
State General Assembly as "Observers" (Members from the other
states are not part of the State General Assembly).
2. Duration and meeting of the State SGF General Assembly:
i. The duration of the State SGF General Assembly shall be three years
from the date of meeting in which the new assembly is constituted or
till reconstituted within a period or six months on expiry of its term.
ii. Meeting of the State SGF General Assembly shall be presided by the
President or in his/her absence by the one of the Vice-Presidents.
iii. The State SGF General Assembly shall meet once in a year.
iv. A special State SGF General Assembly shall meet once in every three
years, to elect its President from amongst of the members attending
the special General Assembly as per the rules.
v. The Special General Assembly after election of its president shall
formulate the State Council as provided below.
a) Each District SGF shall nominate one member to the State
Council from amongst Its delegates attending the special general
