9) Other members
7. Governing Body:
All the office bearers elected in the state SGF Council shall form the
governing body. The governing body meets regularly at least once in
three months and initiates the implementation of the decisions taken by
the State SGF council. (It monitors the ongoing projects and activities of
the State SGF).
8. Vacancies.
Vacancies caused by death or resignation or expulsion, shall be filled up
by nomination by the President.
9. Tenure:
The tenure of the State SGF General Assembly and the State SGF Council
shall be three years or till reconstituted within a period of six months on
expiry of its term. The tenure of the State SGF Council and the Governing
Body shall be Co-termus with the term or the State SGF General
Assembly.
10. Quorum:
a) i) state SGF General Assembly: Minimum 20 member or 1/3
Members of the State General Assembly present whichever is lower.
ii) State SGF Council: 1/3 members of the State SGF Council or 8
members whichever is lower.
iii) Governing Body: 1/3 members of the Body or 5 members whichever
is lower.
b) If the quorum is not complete, the meeting shall be adjourned for
further half an hour and shall be held at the same place, whether the
requisite quorum is complete or not and it can transact only the business
according to the circulated agenda.
11. Notice of Meeting
State General Assembly: 45 days (including election notification every
three years)
State SGF Council : 21 days
Governing Body : 10 days
