assembly to contest the election of the various Office bearers of
the State Council.
b) Three members from amongst the delegates of the Guild SGF
attending the special General Assembly, to be elected amongst
themselves, to be the members of the State Council.
c) Two life members from amongst the delegates of the State life
members attending the special General Assembly, elected
amongst themselves, to be the members of the State Council.
d) All matters before the State General Assembly shall be decided
by a simple majority of votes. In case of equality votes, the
Chairman of the meeting shall have a casting vote in addition to
his own vote.
3. The State Secretary may anytime summon the State General Assembly if
desired by the President or in his absence one of the Vice Presidents or
members jointly request for such a meeting to discuss specific issues.
4. State SGF Accounts must be audited w.e.f 2021 and report submitted to
NHQ.
5. State Council – Each State SGF should inform and invite one
representative from National Council to all its meetings.
6. State SGF Council:
State General Assembly, immediately after its formation, within 15 days,
shall meet and elect the following office bearers from amongst the
elected members and additionally nominated by the President in
consultation with the State Secretary.
The State SGF Council shall be composed of the following office bearers:
1) The President
2) Three Vice Presidents. Out of three one should be a woman
3) State Secretary
4) State Treasurer
5) State Coordinator
6) Two Joint State Secretaries
7) One Public Relation Officer
8) 3 nominated by the President (from anywhere from the State SGF)
