2. Age limit - All key post at every level should not be occupied by a
person of above 70years age. While nominating for any post or
election he/she should be within 67years of age.
3. Regional Set Up - The Regional SGF councils: States Fellowship
comprising of North, East, South, West, Central and North Eastern
are to come together as Regional Councils headed by Convener,
CHAIRMAN to be elected/nominated (under Indian SGF NHQ) with
STATE COUNCIL Members from among the member States. The
Regional Councils will work together for MONITORING State SGF
GROWTH & Inter-State Relations to be enhanced.

4. Use of Logo - The Indian SGF logo to be issued appropriately with
due respect with out disturbing the equation & design. If any State
/ District / Guild SGF’s wish have to their logo’s – same should be
approved by Indian SGF NHQ / by National Council appointed
team. Indian SGF – LOGO – should be official visible Logo of all
National / Regional / State / District / Guild during Events /
Gathering / Meetings.
5. Partnership - use logos including BS&G when officially someone
represent our partners during Events / Gathering / Meetings /
Projects.
