vii.   National Treasurer
            a.  To maintain accounts of the Fellowship.
            b.  To prepare budget and place it before the National Council for its
               approval.
            c.  To  get  the  accounts  audited  and  place  the  same  before  the
               National  Council  for  its  approval  from  General  Assembly.  The
               decision of General Assembly shall be final.
            d.  To maintain the record of funds, grants etc. received and issue
               receipts or acknowledgments for the same.

         viii.   National Coordinator
            a.  To explore the areas to expand the Fellowship and organize the
               activities of the Fellowship.
            b.  To coordinate the activities of the Fellowship at various levels.
            c.  To prepare an annual Calendar of Activities of the Fellowship for
               its approval by the National Council.
            d.  Generally to do all such things as may be necessary to realize the
               Aims  and  Objectives  of  the  Fellowship  and  coordinating  with
               other organizations.

          ix.   International Secretary
            a.  To  function  as  Spokesperson  of  the  Fellowship  at  the
               International Forums.
            b.  To coordinate with the International Hqrs. of the Fellowship and
               Fellowships of the other countries. Also works towards forming
               contingents for International Events.
            c.  To  help  to  Organize  international  events  and  get-togethers  to
               strengthen the bonds of Friendship.
            d.  To  help  to  improve  the  image  of  the  Fellowship  in  the
               International sphere by taking up International projects.
            e.  To  keep  the  Secretary  General  informed  about  the  events  and
               developments at international level.

      14.  Notice of Meetings
             All  notices  for  the  meeting  of  the  General  Assembly  and  National
         Council, circulars, letters and correspondence will be Issued under the
         signature of the Secretary General or under his instructions as the case
         may be.
