Annual Accounts / financial notes including To borrow with
or without security and raise funds for the Fellowship.
vi. To approve all such acts, things and deeds as may be
incidental or necessary for smooth functioning of the
Fellowship as per recommendation of the National Council.
12. POWERS OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL
i. Except electing President, National Council members, amendment
of the constitution, all other functions of the General Assembly
shall be exercised by the National Council.
ii. To appoint / nominate & invite President In-chief
iii. National Council shall have the power to fill up vacancies.
iv. Meeting of the National council shall be presided over by the
President - Executive or in his / her absence any President.
v. All decisions at the National council shall be taken, as far as
possible by consensus. otherwise by simple majority.
vi. To publish Newsletters, magazines, books, pamphlets etc. or
sponsor publication of books or printing material to expand the
activities of the Fellowship.
vii. To open / manage account of the Fellowship in any Nationalized /
scheduled bank and appoint authorized signatories to operate the
Bank Account.
13. FUNCTIONS
i. President – in Chief – to lead Indian SGF & be a guiding force
ii. National President
a. To preside over the meetings of the General Assemblies (and
in absence any of the President.)
b. To be a leader of Indian SGF and its team
iii. President Executive - to chair National Council – be in charge for
Policy Making with due approval and consultation of President –
in - Chief & National President, along with appointed advisors,
including National Council.
iv. President’s
a. Responsible to manage and monitor the concerned area of
working allotted to him / her.
