C. Mobile equipment registered in the insured's name
being driven in public place with the insured's permission.
Liability is covered for (a) any person driving such
equipment or (b) organisation responsible for the conduct
of such persons if they do not have any liability coverage
for such operations. The policy does not cover injury to
co-employees of property owned, occupied, rented or
in the charge of the insured or employer of the person
driving.

D. The new organisations formed or acquired by the
insured with majority interest will be covered as Named
Insured if no existing insurance was such liability is
available to the organisation.
