        b) Which health services did households receive in a year?
        c) How much a household expensed for healthcare in a year?

        f) services?
        g) What would be the better healthcare product for underserved households?

        3.3 Research Methodology

The research aimed to explore experiences, behaviours, costs, perceptions, expectations, and reasons
behind receiving health services, making qualitative research the preferred methodology. However,
quantitative data were also necessary to support and complement the qualitative findings. To address
this, a mixed method design, following a convergent parallel approach, was used to achieve a
comprehensive understanding of the research objectives.

        3.5 Quality Control

The quality of data was ensured through the following measures:

        a) Selected qualified and experienced data collectors for data collection.
        b) Provided appropriate feedback to the data collectors by the research team during data collection.
        c) Experienced medical professionals were involved throughout the research.

        d) Every step and task is shared among the research team members.
