Admission in a local college. After +2 he again took admission in +3 in the same
college but could not pay the college dues for which he had to leave the college.

After someday he became disappointed and his mind went blank. His uncle knew
about his nephew’s mental condition and suggested to take admission in ITI which

will make him ready to earn. Susanta accepted his uncle’s suggestion and told his

mother about his interest. His mother did not want to break the interest of his son
and took loan from an SSG group for Susanta’s admission in MMV trade at TTI,

Takatpur in time. On the way of his journey he could not pay the hostel dues and
left the hostel and remained in the home for a month. His uncle got this news and

gave him an old cycle to attend the class. From that day onwards Susanta went to
college which is 15km away from his village in this bicycle. Most of the time he did

his class with an empty stomach due to his family poverty. After passing ITI, he

appeared several interviews and could not succeed. He became very disheartened
which his uncle again realized and emboldened him to appear interview again and

again. He told him don’t be harassed for your failure because you know “failure is

the success of pillar”. After a few days he came to know that, a campus from Suzuki
motors came to Govt ITI, Cuttack. The day before the interview he tried to collect

the bus fair to Cuttack as he had no single rupee with him. His family was unable to
arrange the same. “Friend in need is a friend indeed” so he told his friend about his

situation. At last with the help of his bosom friend he went to Cuttack and appeared
the interview. Due to the blessing of omnivorous Deity Susanta got qualified and

gladly shared how his hard labor pays him. Now he has been working as a

technician in Suzuki motors, Gujarat for the last 4 months with a satisfied salary.
Now his family is dwelling in the dome of love and piece of happiness as Susanta is

sending money every month and saving 50% of his salary for his sister’s marriage.

He says after his sister’s marriage he will tender his resignation and start his own
business on repairing of vehicle shop as he was impressed from the

Entrepreneurship class taught by TATA Strive facilitator.
