Heating Installation
There is no heating within this area. It is important that heating is balanced throughout the property to prevent the
occurrence of cold spots, which can in turn cause condensation related issues. The central heating system will need
to be extended and a fixed radiator fitted.

Flooring
There is a gap in the laminate flooring where the tongue and groove have not been adequately secured. We would
recommend that the boarding is taken out and refitted.

Sealant
There is no silicone sealant applied to the wash hand basin and the junction is grouted. It is important to ensure that
these areas are correctly sealed as water escaping often goes unnoticed and serious damage can be caused to walls
and flooring. Silicone sealant needs to be applied in one continuous application.
