Water Supply

Mains
Mains water is connected to the property. An internal stopcock (isolation valve) was located in the kitchen in the
cupboard under the boiler.
Stopcock
The external stopcock, we believe, is on the pavement in front of the property. It is not clear if the water supply to the
property is a shared connection and this point needs to be clarified by your legal adviser.
In property constructed prior to 1980 it is still possible that lead was used as part of the plumbing installation.
