At the time of the inspection, no certification of gas/oil safety or compliance was provided. Where this is
not provided, our recommendation is to have the installation checked and certified by a qualified engineer
as soon as practical after completion.

Only detailed specialist tests will confirm the adequacy, efficiency and/or safety of services’ installations.
Surveyors are not qualified to undertake these tests. Any comments on services in this report are made by way
of general observation of the visible parts only. We recommend that you arrange for the services’ installations
to be inspected by a qualified engineer.
