Construction: The ground floors to the property are of a solid construction.
Details / Defects / Issues: At the time of the inspection no visible defects were observed.
The floors were covered with carpet, laminate flooring and ceramic tiling at the time of the inspection. This prevented
an inspection of the floor structure, however no defects with movement or distortion were observed at the time of the
inspection.
