Flooring
The floorboards in front of the window were creaky under foot and this is likely due to where they have been poorly
fixed and secured. The carpet will need to be removed and the floorboards correctly fixed with the use of screws and
the carpet re-fitted.

Decoration
The ceiling and walls are finished in painted wallpaper. The joints to the wallpaper are visible and beginning to peel
at the corners at high level to the wall. There is also a short seam to the ceiling which is not considered significant,
however, you may wish to redecorate the room to address these matters.
