ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATE OF
ORIGIN REQUEST SYSTEM (e-Co)
The Electronic Certificate of Origin Request System via NSW Single
Form has been jointly developed by the Department of Foreign Trade,
the Federation of Thai Industries, and the Board of Trade of Thailand. The
three agencies have already approved the Software Requirement
Specification on the development of Certificate of Origin. The Customs
Department has completed development of the Electronic Certification
of Origin Request System via NSW Single Form and is cooperating
with the Department of Foreign Trade for system testing.
REQUEST SYSTEMS FOR CUSTOMS LPI 02
AND CESS PAYMENT DOCUMENT (e-Cess)
Request systems for Customs LPI and CESS payment document, rubber certificate
data, and rubber analysis data in electronic format via NSW Single Form have been co-developed
by the Department of Agriculture and the Rubber Authority of Thailand. Customs LPI and
E-Cess request systems have been officially launched on 2 September 2019 while the
request systems for rubber certificate data, and rubber analysis data in electronic format via
NSW Single Form are being tested under the cooperation with the Department of Agriculture.
03 REQUEST SYSTEM FOR LICENSE TO DELIVER OR BRING FOSSIL
THAT HAS BEEN FOUND IN THE KINGDOM OUT OF THE KINGDOM
The request system for license
to deliver or bring fossil or fossil
which has been modified or changed
in any form, and that fossil has been
found in the Kingdom out of the
Kingdom has been jointly developed
with the Department of Mineral
Resources. Operators can prepare
documents and submit the application
for fossil export license via NSW
website for concerned authorities to
consider issuing the license via
NSW. Then, the system will send
detials of the license to the Customs
Department and the operator,
respectively. Operators can check
outcomes of the approval request on AEO INSPECTION,
NSW website. 04 SELECTION AND
ASSESSMENT SYSTEM
(THAI AEO SYSTEM : TAS) REDUCE TIME MORE
DEPARTMENT
The Customs Department has developed TAS
system to manage AEO application of importers,
exporters and customs clearance agents of AEO
standard. The system consists of new operators
registration and status revalidation system, security
measure assessment system, verification and
authorization management system, and AEO
application report generating system to facilitate and
