ASEAN Single Window is now supporting
ATIGA FORM D information interface
between seven ASEAN member states,
which are Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia,
Singapore, Viet Nam, Brunei, and Cambodia,
as part of paperless customs clearance. The
participation of the other three member states,
namely Myanmar, Philippines and Lao PDR,
is still pending. Thailand has been providing
assistance to neighboring countries in
establishing ATIGA Form D information
interface among all ten member states
in 2019, according the policy on Thailand’s
ASEAN Chairmanship 2019. Currently, the
project is in the phase of preparation for
additional document exchange, such as
Phytosanitary Certificate, ASEAN Customs
Declaration Document: ACDD or Export
Information e.g.

System (Sea PCS) and Air Port Community
System (Air PCS).
(5) Study suitability and work on the design
to develop information interface system with
China for Certificate of Origin Form E.
(6) Study suitability and work on the design to develop data link system for postal import and export.
(7) Improve systems of eight government organizations related to import, export, and logistics: Department of Agriculture, Department
of Livestock Development, Department of Fisheries, National Bureau of Agricultural Commodity and Food Standards, Royal Forest
Department, Department of Disease Control, Marine Department and the Officer of Permanent Secretary for Defence.
(8) Develop single point application system for electronic import/export permit for agricultural products via NSW, under the
cooperation of the Customs Department, Department of Agricultural, and Department of Foreign Trade.
(9) Study/design government agencies’ request systems for permit/certificate issuance and encourage government agencies to
provide service on permit/certificate requests via NSW in B2G format for all transactions.
(10) Design and develop logistics process for operations and document transaction with relevant agencies and operators on land
transport (B2B/B2G).
(11) Design and develop information interface system for Certificate of Origin (CO) with non-ASEAN countries such as ASEAN+3,
ASEAN+6 and others.
