         05        UPLOADING SUPPORTING DOCUMENT SYSTEM

                   AND NSW e-TRACKING ON MOBILE APPLICATION



            5.1) Uploading Supporting Document System


           The Customs Department has developed  a  system  to
         support uploading supporting documents for permit/license
         approval request. Operators can save time spent in traveling
         to the organization for document submission. Electronic status
         tracking interface is also available for information providers/ recipients
         or electronic permit/license issuing authorities to verify the
         status of the electronic documents.












































                                              5.2) NSW e-Tracking on Mobile Application

          This smart mobile application, compatible with both Andriod and iOS operating system, facilitates search of electronic
        documents submitted via NSW. It is available 24 hour and supports electronic status tracking of information interface to
        facilitate data providers/ recipients or electronic permit/license issuing authorities in verifying the status of electronic documents.
        •  Encouraging related agencies in implementing the study outcomes on procedure simplification for 5 strategic goods (i.e.
        sugar, rice, rubber, frozen food products and hazardous substances.) Currently, the level of implementation is at 22-66%
        for each type of strategic goods and expected to be completed, covering all products in the list, by fiscal year 2020.
        Another pending implementation is the development of Hazardous Substance Data Centre or Hazardous Substance Single
        Submission (HSSS), which needs to be further sped up on data exchange structural design and implementing plan.
        •  Projects on Information interface with delivery ports via National Single Window (NSW) consists of
        •  Port Community System (PCS) - Port Authority of Thailand, as the main leading agency, has hired a German project
        advisor, with expertise and experiences in developing PCS at Port of Hamburg, to lead the research and development of
        Port Community System (PCS). At the present, the current work process involving PCS stakeholders is being studied.
        •  Air Community System (ACS) - Presently, the research and development of data interface with air operators via Air
        Community System (ACS) is based on the Study by the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Transport on formats and
        methods for information interface with air operators through airport. The project is currently in the phase of researching and
        improving information details of each procedure of service to further develop ACS.
