               models provide a framework that is so flexible that thrust-loading
               thinking is impossible.

               There are numerous such typological models - one of the most
               renowned and proven explanatory models of human behavior is
               the INSIGHTS MDI® model, which we will present to you in detail
               in the fourth chapter. At this point, the following note is sufficient:
               The  INSIGHTS  MDI®  PIW  model  (PIW  means:  Personal
               Interests,  Attitudes  and  Values)  can  be  used  to  determine  a
               person's personal values.

                 The INSIGHTS MDI® PIW model helps you to assess your
                 personal values and those of other people. It thus serves
                 the self-(er)knowledge and the knowledge of people.

               According  to  the  model,  there  are  six  different  drivers  that
               underlie people's motivation:


               Theoretical motive

               Important for such motivated people are:


                • intellectual processes
                • Thirst for knowledge
                • high professional competence
                • Truthfulness urge
                • Striving for objectivity, objectivity and systematics
                • Empirical approach
                • Information Enthusiasm
