BEHAVIORAL STYLE COMBINATIONS REVEAL . . .
The Relater (I/S)
The relater is a naturally empathetic and team-oriented individual
who prioritizes harmony and a balanced interest among colleagues.
A true family person, they may not place their career at the center of
their universe, valuing warmth and care in their interactions instead.
Their strength lies in building relationships; they connect with ease,
not just superficially but with a genuine intent to listen and deeply
understand others and their needs. This trait allows them to foster
strong customer relationships effortlessly.
The relater is aligned with team goals and contributes consistently
and loyally to achieve them. They are dedicated to a positive, harmo-
nious work environment and diligently fulfill their tasks. However,
they are not comfortable with bearing the final responsibility. They
prefer and can thrive with clear leadership guidance. Excessive inde-
pendence in their role can lead to feelings of insecurity.
Personal disappointments linger for them and they tend to priori-
tize other’s needs and exhibit excessive leniency, sometimes to their
detriment. For peak performance, they require a harmonious and
stable work setting, with ample time to adapt to changes. Balance is
key for them; too little time for family or personal enjoyment can
lead to a loss of engagement at work.
