               Persuader (D/I): Individuals skilled in influencing others
               through logic, empathy, or emotion.

               Promoter (I): Communicative individuals who express many
               thoughts to influence outcomes.


               Relater (I/S): Positive thinkers who value relationships and de-
               liberate thought.

               Supporter (S): Dedicated individuals who champion viable
               ideas and work consistently to see projects to completion.

               Coordinator (S/C): Detail-oriented individuals who rely on
               established methods to finish tasks effectively.


               Analyzer (C): Precision-seekers who prioritize accuracy and
               gather detailed information to ensure excellence.

               Implementor (C/D): Solution-oriented individuals who evalu-
               ate situations and drive progress through factual analysis.

           It’s rare for a person to be driven by a single factor; most have a mix
           of influencing traits. Throughout this book, when we reference the

           primary factor or dimension, we’re discussing the behavioral ten-
           dencies a person is most likely to display. However, remember that
           these traits might not always be apparent, as they can be influenced
           by the intensity of other style tendencies. Figure 5 shows the eight

           segments in the TTI Success Insights® Wheel.
